It's designed for budget-conscious builds without compromising structural safety.
A standard G+1 residential project typically takes between 6 to 9 months to complete, depending on the plot size, package selection, and weather conditions. We provide a detailed timeline chart before starting the project.
Yes, we assist with the entire liaisoning process for BBMP/BDA plan approvals, electrical (BESCOM) and water (BWSSB) connections. However, the official government fees are to be borne by the client directly.
